Novita Solutions nonionic surfactants, emulsifiers, foam reducers and oils are used to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of various chemicals such as herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulators.

To expand our market leading service portfolio, The Orion Companies purchased VM OptiX, LLC in 2022.  VM OptiX is an enhanced digital software platform that provides our customers with a single point of contact system for their industrial vegetation management programs. VM OptiX supports users with inventory movement, maps locations of treated areas, and records electronically, simplifying communication and increasing productivity.

In 2023, The Orion Companies opened our first custom blending site in Oakboro, NC.  Utilizing returnable-refillable, tamper evident, barcoded, closed system containers, customized prescriptions can be blended on-site for real time inventory access.  The addition of the custom blending process has made VM OptiX a full suite option for our partners.

Founded in 2007, Ag Vision is a brokerage platform for ag chemicals including herbicides and pesticides used in agricultural markets.  Based out of Rocky Mount, VA, Ag Vision buys, sells, and sources brand name and generic products for channel partners.
