The Orion Companies (TOC) would like to welcome Kieran McFarlane to the team as the Digital Services Manager effective August 12, 2024. In this new role, Kieran will support digital services through the continued development of VMOptiX and assist with project development of additional digital tools and resources. The addition of Kieran to the digital services team will provide even further expertise and support for customers utilizing digital services provided through VMOptiX.
Kieran joins TOC with a diverse range of experience across North and South America. Kieran’s most recent experiences include time as an environmental planner with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and in the IVM space as a forestry consultant for Duke Energy Carolinas with ECI. Kieran grew up in Canada and Argentina and brings bilingual Spanish and a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving. Kieran holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Queen’s University in Canada and holds a commercial pesticide applicator license with Right-of-Way specialization. Kieran resides in Greensboro, NC and enjoys hiking and other forms of outdoor entertainment along with spending time with his wife and new kitten.
